Farewell Grenada - Sailing north
After almost 2 months leaving Grenada - we'll miss our New Zealanders friends Ann & Alec the Captain 👩✈️ Incredible and the Winch Wench.
The delicious Mangoes and Passion Fruit will be missed too.
Farewell Grenada
Y-Knot leaving Grenada on Oct 29th, 2018
heading to Carriacou, anchoring at Paradise Bay, Trip - 46.8NM
Clear crystal water and beautiful sunset
Leaving Carriacou on Oct 30th, 2018
heading to Mayreau, anchoring at Saline Bay, Trip - 16NM
Passing Petit Martinique, Petit St Vincent and the shores of Palm Island
At sundown we had a surprise visit from Christopher Columbus
Leaving Mayreau on Oct 31st, 2018
heading to Bequia via Tobago Cays, anchoring at Admirality Bay, Trip - 33NM
The intention was to visit Tobago Cays which we did but did not anchor, too many reefs and too crowded. Also wished to visit Mustique, the "richie" island but the wind did not cooperate (maybe because we aren't royalty). We ended up in Bequia but sailed with lovely cheerful dolphins. Much better than those aristocrats in Mustique.
The delicious Mangoes and Passion Fruit will be missed too.
